Information we collect

When you contact support without an order, we collect the name, topic, optional order reference and messages you enter. When you request an order, we collect the name you enter, the selected product, storefront and console, your notes and an optional WhatsApp number. We keep your order status and private messages so we can help you and resolve questions. If you leave a review after a fulfilled order, we collect its rating, words and optional display name. Technical information may be used to protect the order service against abuse.

Do not send passwords, card numbers, payment codes or console account credentials in an order message.

How we use and share it

We use your information to confirm product and payment details, deliver or support your order, answer messages, handle cancellations and refunds, and moderate reviews. We use service providers to host the site and store order data. If you choose the optional WhatsApp order route, that conversation is handled by WhatsApp under its own terms. When a payment provider is connected, the provider will handle its checkout data under its own privacy notice. We do not publish your order reference, private messages or contact details with a review.

Private access and your device

After you submit an order or start a support conversation, we show a reference and private access code. Keep them safe: anyone who has both may see that order’s updates and conversation. This browser may save your language and any country override, your selected storefront, last order or support reference and access code to help you return. You can clear your browser’s site data to remove those local copies. The owner’s admin access is separately protected.

Retention and your choices

We keep order records for as long as needed to operate the store, respond to disputes and meet applicable record-keeping duties. You can ask us about, correct or request deletion of your information through the order conversation or the on-site support chat. Some records may need to be kept to handle a transaction or legal obligation. Reviews appear publicly only after approval; you may ask us to remove yours.

Anonymous site analytics

We record public page views, product interest, checkout starts and WhatsApp clicks to improve the store and understand our audience. Analytics uses random browser and visit identifiers, the selected storefront, a broad screen size, a traffic-source category and a short campaign label when present. Country, region and city estimates are recorded when the hosting network provides them. These describe the network connection, not a precise address; VPNs and mobile networks can affect them. When analytics is allowed, new order requests also save this coarse location so staff can compare requests and paid orders by location. We do not use GPS. For city and region estimates, the server may send the network IP address to Country (country.is), a geolocation service. Only its coarse result is kept in our analytics; the IP address is not saved in those records. We do not include your name, phone, messages, order access code, full page query strings or IP address in analytics records, and we do not link analytics identifiers to your order.

A random browser identifier is saved on this device for up to 30 days. Visit identifiers expire after 30 minutes of inactivity. Raw analytics events are routinely cleared after 90 days as collection runs. Only authorized staff can see the reports; any future advertiser reporting will use aggregate figures. We respect supported Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track settings. You can also turn analytics off for this browser below.
